  Once your request is approved, download and print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and securely pack your items in their original packaging.

  Ship the Package

  Drop off your package at any authorized carrier location, ensuring that all original tags, cases, and cleaning cloths are included inside the box.

  Receive Your Refund

  After our quality control team inspects the returned gear, your refund or exchange will be processed within 7-10 business days to your original payment method.
